摘要
基于改革开放后北京市产业与就业数据,研究产业结构与就业结构之间的相关性和变化规律。运用灰色关联分析、结构偏离度、就业弹性等方式分析北京市产业结构与就业结构之间的现状,利用灰色预测模型预测"十三五"期间北京市产业和行业的增加值及就业人数。通过研究,可以了解北京市产业和各行业就业人数的现状及未来需求。政府可据此对北京市"十三五"时期各产业和行业的增及值和就业人数进行分析和趋势研判,对北京市产业发展战略以及区域发展战略制定具有一定参考价值。
Based on the industrial and employment data of Beijing after the reform and opening up, this paper studies the correlation and change law between industrial structure and employment structure. The present situation between industrial structure and employment structure in Beijing is analyzed by means of grey correlation analysis, structural deviation degree and employment elasticity, and the added value and employment number of industries and industries in Beijing during the 13 th Five-Year Plan are predicted by using grey prediction model. Through research, we can understand the current situation and future demand of Beijing's industry and employment in various industries. According to this, the government can analyze the added value and employment of various industries and industries in Beijing during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period and make a trend judgment, which has a certain reference value for the formulation of Beijing's industrial development strategy and regional development strategy.
