摘要
城市规划作为调控城市土地资源利用的重要手段之一,对塑造城市空间结构发挥着显著作用,尤其对于新兴城市来说,城市规划对空间结构的形成和演变具有决定性影响。文章以深圳为例,从城市规划的引导角度分析城市空间结构的发展和演变,以及城市空间结构如何适应城市发展的需求。文章认为弹性、时序性及协调性是深圳在空间规划中的最大特点,并很好地满足了深圳的产业发展需求。
As the important method to regulate and control land resource, urban plan has the outstanding effect to urban spatial structure, especial to the new city, the urban plan has the conclusive affection. The paper takes Shenzhen as an example, analyzes the development and evolution of urban spatial structure in the planning guidance view, and discuss how the spatial structure adapts the urban need. The paper thinks, the elasticity, time-sequence, and harmony are the biggest feature in Shenzhen plan, and this plan also adapt the industrial development well.
