摘要
城市规划由蓝图变为现实的其中一个环节是土地储备。为更好地理解土地储备与城市规划的关系,研究基于现有土地储备与城市规划关系的相关理论研究,以广州康王路地块开发策划为例,在分析现行城市规划下土地储备困局的基础上,提出土地储备对城市规划的3个方面反馈,并通过这一良性反馈,使二者形成合力,从而活化历史建筑,推动历史城区的更新改造。
The land banking is one of the links while urban planning comes true. In order to know the relation of land banking and urban planning well, the paper bases on the research existing, takes Kangwang road, Guangzhou as an example, by analyzing the predicament of land banking under the urban planning, proposes three feedbacks about land banking. With these feedback, urban planning and land banking will form a power to relive the historical building, promotes the renewal of historic city.
