摘要
针对目前我国化工园区发展变化趋势,就石油化工园区消防安全规划方法与现状及所存在的问题,在化工园区消防安全规划的基础上,提出石油化工园区消防安全规划的技术方法与程序,并提出增强化学工业园区消防安全以及进行合理园区消防安全规划的应对策略,并对石油化工园区消防技术发展趋势进行了展望。
According to the development and tendency of the chemical industrial park in China, the methods and status of petroleum chemical industrial park fire safety planning are stud led. The main problems in the planning are discussed. On the basis of the chemical industrial park safety planning, the fire safety planning method and procedure of petroleum chemical industrial park are put forward. In order to complete the fire safety planning for the petroleum chemical industrial park, the coping strategies and research concepts are put forth. And the developing tendency of petroleum chemical industrial park fire safety planning is also prognosticated.
