后肢制动早期大鼠梭内肌纤维超微结构的改变 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察后肢制动早期大鼠比目鱼肌梭内肌纤维形态结构的改变。方法以后肢制动建立后肢脱负荷动物模型,将实验动物分为正常对照组、后肢制动3天组和后肢制动7天组。分离各组大鼠单一肌梭,用透射电子显微镜技术观察大鼠比目鱼肌梭内肌纤维的超微结构。结果后肢制动3天后,梭内肌纤维内线粒体明显增生肿胀;7天后,梭内肌纤维直径明显减小,细胞核发生明显的退行性改变。结论后肢脱负荷早期可造成梭内肌纤维形态结构发生明显的退行性改变,梭内肌纤维肌梭超微结构的这种改变,必然会影响肌梭的功能活动,可能是引起废用性肌萎缩发生的重要因素之一。 Objective To observe the changes in the ultrastructure of intrafusal fibres of muscle spindles during the early days of hindlimb immobilization.Methods Hindlimb immobilization in rats was employed to induce a hindllimb unloading model.The ultrastructure of soleus muscle spindles in 3d,7dand control rats was observed under an electron microscope.Results After a 3-day immobilization,degenerative changes were observed in the ultrastructure of spindles.The changes appeared mostly in the mitochondria,which became swollen with vacuolar changes.After a 7-day immobilization,in addition to the atrophy change of intrafusal fibres,the most significant were the degenerative changes in the nucleus.Conclusion The results suggest that muscle spindle structures is significantly affected by the hindlimb immobilization in early days.These structurally related abnormal changes induced by immobilization affect discharge activity,and may contribute to the disuse muscle atrophy.
