摘要
世界上任何民族、任何国家,无论任何时候和任何条件下,都要不断推进对外文化传播,以提高自己的对外影响力,改善自身生存发展的外部环境。美国、英国、法国、德国等西方国家如此,俄罗斯、印度、日本、韩国等周边国家也是如此,伊朗、土耳其、沙特阿拉伯等穆斯林国家,同样如此。中国作为一个拥有50多个民族、近14亿人口、上下五千年璀璨文明的泱泱大国,作为正处于全面复兴伟大历史关头、并且加速走向世界舞台中心的发展中大国,理所当然地要把对外文化传播当作全党全社会一项长期而艰巨的重大历史任务,坚持理念与实践创新,努力做好做实。
Any nation or country in the world,at any time and under any conditions,invariably promotes the spread of its culture to the outside world in order to enhance their external influence and improve their external environment for survival and development.This is true of the United States,Britain,France,Germany and other Western countries,as well as Russia,India,Japan,South Korea and other neighboring countries of China.It is also true of Iran,Turkey,Saudi Arabia and other Muslim countries.China is a huge developing country with more than 50 ethnic groups,nearly 1.4 billion people and 5000 years of brilliant civilization.It is also at a critical historical junction of comprehensive rejuvenation and quickly moving toward the world center stage.Thus,China should regard the dissemination of its culture to the outside world as a long-term and arduous historical task of the CPC and the entire nation,adhere to the innovation of ideas and ways,and make every effort with a down-to-earth attitude.
