摘要
"能力导向"是高职人才培养的一种符号象征。在对接满足人才市场需求方面,"能力导向"的教学观和培养模式为高职的人才输出起到了重要作用。独立学院的人才培养和高职教育在人才培养目标和路径等方面有许多共通地方。对高职人才培养从能力本位的教育思想到实践中的问题再到改进性研究进行综述,可以对独立学院相关工作开展有所启示。
'Capacity-oriented'is like a symbolic symbol of Higher Vocational Education.It played important role in the Vocational Training which met the market demand.There are many common areas bettwen Independent College and Higher Vocational Education,like their personnel training goals and paths,etc.Overviewing the research progress of'Capacity-oriented'Higher can give some inspiration to Independent College.
