摘要 加强旅游管理研究生科研创新能力培养不仅是培养创新型人才和适应经济社会发展的现实需要,也是实现研究生本身自我突破的实际需要。在分析研究生科研创新能力结构与影响因素的基础上,构建培养路径图谱。通过对广西旅游管理专业研究生科研创新能力培养现状进行分析,发现广西高校对于旅游管理专业研究生科研创新能力培养,还存在科研创新意识培养不足、科研培训课程缺乏系统性、科研创新实践活动缺乏以及科研创新基础建设较差等问题,因此强化科研创新学术氛围、推动考核机制改革、教学方式改革、加强导师师资队伍建设、建设科研创新实践平台以及推进管理制度改革,是强化旅游管理研究生科研创新能力培养的必要措施。 Strengthening the cultivation of tourism management graduate students' scientific research innovation ability is not only the reality needs to adapt to the economic and social development,but also the practical needs to achieve graduate student's self-breakthrough.On the basis of analyzing the structure and influence factors of innovation ability of graduate students,the training path map was constructed.Through the analysis of the current situation of scientific research innovation ability in guangxi tourism management specialty,the article found that there are still have some problems in the cultivation of the innovation ability of guangxi tourism management graduate students,such as the awareness of research and innovation is not enough,the courses of research and innovation training is lacking systematic.The practical activity of scientific research innovation is lack and the scientific research innovation infrastructure is poor.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen academic atmosphere of research and innovation,to promote the reform of the examination mechanism,to reform teaching methods and strengthen the construction of the tutor team,to construction the research and innovation practice platform and promote the reform of the management system to improve the ability of scientific research innovation.
