摘要
以"公开、公平、公正、择优"为原则,充分尊重学科和导师对研究生的评价意见,兼顾学习、科研、综合素质等多方面因素,提出了一套综合定量评价研究生国家奖学金体系,以进行不同学科专业研究生学习、研究状况的动态评估和奖学金评定,具有客观性和可操作性,有利于引导学生发挥主观能动性,鼓励创新,有利于复合型人才脱颖而出,且排除了人为干扰,提高了管理效率。通过奖学金的评定起到奖优助学、奖优促学,提高研究生培养质量的作用。
Based on public,equitable,fair and choose principle,fully respecting the evaluation opinions given by discipline and tutor,and considering many factors,such as learning,scientific research and comprehensive quality,we proposed a comprehensive quantitative assessment method on national scholarship for graduate students to evaluate study,research and scholarship in different subjects.This method has the objectivity and operability,which may serve to guide students' initiative spirit and innovation ability,highlight versatile talents,and exclude human disturbance and improve the manage efficiency.The scholarship evaluation system plays a necessary role in promoting and helping learning of outstanding students,and improving the quality of graduate student education.
