外置锁定钢板治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折疗效分析 被引量：6

摘要 笔者自2011-01—2012-11采用外置锁定钢板治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折12例,均取得满意疗效,报告如下。1资料与方法：.1一般资料本组12例,男8例,女4例;年龄21~48岁,平均34.5岁。致病因素:高处坠落伤2例,交通事故伤6例,重物砸伤4例。开放性骨折按Gustilo[1]分型:Ⅰ型2例,Ⅱ型7例,ⅢA型2例,ⅢB型1例。手术时机选择在伤后4~6 h内,
