摘要
对蛋白质基自组装多层结构的发展和生物医学应用进行了综述。详细介绍了蛋白质多层结构的组装原理、组装基元类型、不同物理结构如涂层、微胶囊和纳米管的制备技术。阐述了蛋白质多层结构在抗凝血、抗菌、生物活性涂层、药物控释和生物分离方面的应用。最后对蛋白质基组装体系的优势进行总结,对其进一步的发展方向作了展望。
This paper reviewed the development of protein-based multilayer assemblies.The assembling mechanisms,building blocks and physical morphologies such as coating,microcapsule and nanotubes of the protein assemblies were introduced in detail.Their biomedical applications such as antibacteriality,anticoagulation,bioactive coatings,controlled drug delivery and bioseparation were summarized as well.The advantages as well as the future developments of the protein multilayer assemblies were also addressed.
