摘要
探讨了生物废料——壳聚糖对牛仔面料的环境友好型阻燃和抗菌整理的效果。面料整理采用了不同的壳聚糖配方,并对成品进行了表征,研究了整理后面料色泽的改变,还对其功能性进行了分析。发现,整理后面料在色泽改变上微乎其微,但具备阻燃特性,而且对革兰氏阳性和阴性细菌均显示出抑菌活性。该配方有针对性地赋予了织物多功能性,即便经过高达20次洗涤后,功能性仍显著有效。
The effects of bio-waste chitosan in combined eco-friendly flame-retardant and antimicrobial finishing of denim were explored in this research work. The fabric samples were finished by using different chitosan formulations.They were characterized and studied for change in shade after finishing and then analyzed for functional properties. The finished fabric showed minimal changes in shade and exhibited antibacterial activity against both gram positive and gram negative bacteria along with flame-retardant properties. The formulation was found to be effective in imparting targeted multifunctional properties and the effect was durable up to20 washes.
