摘要 采用从废弃虾壳提取的壳聚糖作为黏合剂用于棉织物染色,对染色织物色值、牢度及抗菌性进行评价。结果表明:利用壳聚糖进行颜料染色的棉织物具有良好的色值和牢度;可通过增加壳聚糖质量浓度提高略微下降的摩擦牢度;而较差的摩擦牢度也可较好地用于实现衣物的即洗即褪效果。利用壳聚糖染色的棉织物水洗20次后对革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌均表现出良好抗菌性。 In the current work,chitosan extracted from waste shrimp shells was utilized as a binder for the pigment dyeing of cotton fabric. The dyed fabrics were evaluated for color values,fastness properties and antibacterial properties. The pigment dyed cotton fabric using chitosan showed good color value with satisfactory fastness properties. The rubbing fastness,which was found to be slightly inferior,was improved with increase in use of chitosan concentration. However,inferior rubbing fastness could also be very well used for creating washed-down effects on garments. The pigment dyed cotton fabrics using chitosan showed excellent antibacterial properties durable up to 20 washes against both gram positive and gram negative bacteria.
