±535kV混合式直流断路器分断条件下的电场分析 被引量:8

摘要 为研究混合式高压直流断路器分断条件下的各组件表面电场分布情况,建立了±535k V混合式高压直流断路器3维模型,并利用静电场分析软件Ansoft对断路器阀塔结构进行了电场仿真计算。仿真结果表明:当故障电流产生时,直流断路器关断,此时在阀塔屏蔽罩的倒角位置有最大电场1.8×10~6 V/m,小于空气的起晕场强3×10~6V/m。对于不同阀层布置的阀组件来说,随着阀层的增加,其表面最大电场分布表现为先降低后升高的趋势;避雷器MOV组件的电场分布表现为中间部位最高,约为2×10~5~5×10~5 V/m。断路器在分断时,阀塔各金具表面电场强度<2×10~6 V/m,满足绝缘设计要求。试验证明,该混合式直流断路器能够在过流关断条件下工作正常,且断路器各组件绝缘特性保持良好。 In order to explore how the electric-field distributes in the surface layer of metal component when the hybrid circuit breaker is turning off,we established a 3 D model of±535 k V HVDC hybrid circuit breaker,and employed the Ansoft electrostatic field analysis software to simulate and calculate the electric-field in valve tower structure of circuit breaker.Simulation results show that,when the short-circuit current generates,the circuit breaker turns off immediately,at this time,the maximum electric-field occurs at the chamfer of shield of valve tower,which is 1.8×10~6 V/m,lower than the corona electric-field of air of 3×10~6 V/m.As for the valve components installed in different valve layers,the surface electric-field shows a decreasing trend firstly and then shows an increasing trend with the layers’increasing;the middle layer part of MOV arrester components has a higher electric-field,which is about 2×10~5~5×10~5 V/m.When the circuit breaker turns off,the surface electric-field of metal component is lower than 2×106 V/m,which meets the requirements of insulation design.The experiment proves that the circuit breaker can turn off the short-circuit current normally,and the components installed in the circuit breaker all keep a good insulation property.
