摘要
针对能够应用于±160 kV南澳多端柔性直流工程的混合式高压直流断路器中的关键部件——快速机械开关进行了仿真试验研究。研究了快速机械开关采用两个80 kV的SF6断口串联方案,利用Ansoft Maxwell有限元软件对断口进行了电场仿真,结果表明断口动、静触头开距为15 mm时能够满足耐受80 kV直流电压的要求;研究了采用电磁斥力机构作为断口的快速操动机构的可行性,设计了电磁斥力操动机构样机,试验论证了快速机械开关可以在3 ms左右分闸到位。
Simulation and experiment studies focusing on the fast mechanical switch in hybrid HVDC circuit breaker as the critical component applied to ± 160 kV Nan'ao VSC-MTDC project are carried out. The fast mechanical switch with two 80 kV fractures connected in series and with SF6 as insulating media is studied. Then electric calculation of each 80 kV fracture is performed with Ansoft Maxwell. The result shows that each fracture can withstand 80 kV DC voltage with 15 mm opening stroke between the static and movable contact. In addition,the feasibility of the fast mechanical switch using the electromagnetic repulsion mechanism as fracture is studied and the experimental prototype is built up. It is verified by experiment that this fast mechanical switch can be used to drive from its closing state to opening state within approximately 3 ms.
