摘要
深度教师专业学习是教师专业发展的重要方式。然而,现实中浅层专业学习问题严重阻碍了教师专业发展,因此迫切要求教师专业学习深度化,即从浅层学习转向深度学习。教师浅层学习问题集中体现为学习逻辑缺陷、学习历史萎缩与学习风格受蔽。全人学习是教师专业学习深度化新路径,具体包括主题生成、主线延伸与主义形成三部曲,主题生成注重教师深度专业学习的逻辑力量,主线延伸侧重教师深度专业学习的历史表征,主义形成强调教师深度专业学习的范式表达。
Deep professional learning is the important way of teacher’s professional development.Actually,surface learning is a serious problem that hinders teacher’s professional development.So,it is urgent to transform the surface learning into deep learning.For teachers,the faults of teacher’s surface learning include three logical weaknesses,historical shortcomings and obstructed learning style.Holistic learning is the new path of deepening teacher‘s professional learning.To pose the theme,to extend the principal line of learning,and to create the ism are the significant steps of holistic learning.Posing the theme focuses on logical power of teacher’s deep professional learning;Extending the principal line stresses one historical characterization of teacher’s deep professional learning;To create the ism emphasizes the paradigmatic expression.
