摘要
建立和谐的劳资关系是政府、企业和劳动者的共同愿望。在对当今社会劳资问题进行研究和分析后发现,建立和谐的劳资关系不能仅仅依靠政策、法规的保障,企业内部和谐与否也是决定劳资关系和谐与否的重要因素。因此,有必要从激发企业的内生动力出发,来建立和谐的劳资关系。
Establishing harmonious labor relations is the long-cherished wish for the government, enterprises and the worker. After researching and analyzing the labor problems of today's society, establishing harmonious labor relations not only rely on policies and regulations, meanwhile, many other factors within the enterprise are also the key factors to promote and accelerate the harmonious relations. Therefore, with a sticking point of how to stimulate the enterprise endogenous power, the focus of our research is how to establish harmonious labor relations within the enterprise through a rational way.
