摘要
政治效能感从其内涵与外延上可各分为输入、输出两取向上的效能感以及制度、非制度两层面上的效能感。研究发现,高校学生输入和输出取向上的政治效能感总体偏低,并且制度层面上的政治效能感远低于非制度层面。被动参与型的政治文化、对政治价值的低估量是导致高校学生政治效能感较低的原因,而对政府的评价对其影响不大。为此,需从政府、学校以及高校学生三个角度探索提高高校学生政治效能感的途径。
Political efficacy respectively can be divided into input and output efficacy and institutional, noninstitutional efficacy from its connotation and denotation. Study found that political efficacy of college students both on the orientation of the input and output was low overall, and institutional level of political efficacy is much lower than noninstitutional level. Passive participatory political culture, low estimate of political values of college students is the leading reasons for the low political efficacy, while the government has little influence on the political efficacy of college students. Therefore, the ways to improve the political efficacy of college students should be explored from three perspectives of the government, colleges and college students themselves.
