摘要
基于学生发展理论,以博士生个体发展为主线,以1107名涉农学科毕业博士生为研究样本,利用AMOS对博士生教育质量评价模型进行检验,结果显示:博士生教育质量评价模型,可分为输入质量、过程质量、输出质量、发展质量四部分;输入质量包括学生教育背景、求学动机;过程质量包括学习与研究投入度、博士生教育经历满意度;输出质量则包括博士生的科研成果、博士生个人发展的自我评价;发展质量则涵盖博士生职业发展情况、博士生职业满意度;输入质量、过程质量、输出质量、发展质量之间存在显著正向影响效应。
This study is based on the theory of student development,and choose 1107 PhD Graduates of agriculture related discipline as the research sample and use AMOS to test the model.The research finds that:Doctoral education quality evaluation model can be divided into four parts,that’s input quality,process quality,output quality and development quality;The input quality including student background and studying motivation;process quality including investment in learning and research,doctoral education experience satisfaction;the output quality includes the doctoral research achievements,students’personal development self-evaluation;development quality includes the quality of doctoral students,doctoral student development occupation satisfaction;There are significant positive influence effect in the input quality,process quality,output quality and development quality.
