大系统导向的复合型创新拔尖人才培养模式研究 被引量:20

Research on the Training Mode of Top Multi-disciplinary Innovative Talents Based on Large-scale System

摘要 在高等教育国际化背景下,"双一流"大学承担培养国际视野复合型创新人才的重要使命。针对近年来研究生教育实践中面临的形势与挑战,北京理工大学依托"2011计划"、"北京高精尖中心"等高水平平台,以新能源车辆、无人机、机器人等多学科交叉"大系统"研究为导向,构建了本硕博纵向贯通、多学科横向交叉知识体系;通过学科协同、教学科研融合、校际融合、校企融合、国内外融合等"五融合"育人新模式,建立了校企深度合作培养复合型拔尖创新人才的共赢机制,人才培养成效显著,为"双一流"大学培养人才提供了有益借鉴。 In the context of the internationalization of tertiary education,the'Double First-Class'universities should undertake an important mission of cultivating multi-disciplinary innovative talents with international horizon in China.In view of the situation and challenges faced in the postgraduate education in recent years,Beijing Institute of Technology,relying on the'2011Plan'and 'Beijing High Precision Center'and its high-level platforms,has established a multi-disciplinary knwledge system with vertical penetration from bachelor,master to doctoral degree based on the research of new energy vehicles,drones,robotics and other multi-disciplinary large-scale systems.The new education model of'five integrations'is adopted,including disciplines cooperation,teaching and scientific research integration,multi-schools integration,school-enterprise integration and integration at home and abroad.Through this'five integrations'education model,a win-win mechanism has been set up for the in-depth cooperation between the universities and enterprises to train the top multi-disciplinary innovative talents.Remarkable results have been achieved in talents training,which can be helpful for the training of talents in'Double First-Class'universities.
