摘要
随着信息时代的到来,面对新的科技革命和产业变革,对新工科实践环节的建设提出了新的要求。STEM教育有机统一了知识的获取、方法与工具的利用,推动了国内外创新型人才的培养。STEM教育重视学校技术教育与工程教育相融合,让学生不是简单地累加科学、技术、工程与数学多学科知识,而是让学生具有解决真实问题的能力,将科学知识、工程技术相融合。在高等教育中,实践环节所占比重和作用越来越大,将企业工程项目加入到实践教学环节中,会有效实现学校课程教学与企业实际生产的对接。以工业工程专业实践教学改革为例,在基于STEM教育理念的实践教学模式改革中形成了项目导入式、"角色扮演式"为导向的实践教学模式,实现了理论与实践一体化,推动了工程和技术教育改革。
With the advent of the information age,facing the new technological revolution and industrial transformation,new requirements are put forward for the construction of emerging engineering practice links.STEM education organically unifies the acquisition of knowledge,the use of methods and tools,and promotes the cultivation of innovative talents at home and abroad.It attaches importance to the integration of school technical education and engineering education,so that students do not simply accumulate multi-disciplinary knowledge of science,technology,engineering and mathematics,but allow students to have the ability to solve real problems and integrate scientific knowledge and engineering technology.In higher education,the proportion and role of practice links are increasing.Adding enterprise engineering projects to practice teaching links will effectively realize the connection between school curriculum teaching and the actual production of enterprises.Taking the practical teaching reform of industrial engineering as an example,in the reform of the practical teaching model based on the STEM education concept,a project-introduced,"role-playing"-oriented practical teaching model was formed,which realized the integration of theory and practice and promoted the project.And technical education reform.
