摘要
由于盾构机姿态控制和施工管理不严格,导致了成型隧道的管片许多连续破损。根据施工记录从盾构机姿态控制、管片拼装技术和项目施工管理三方面分析原因,提出了对已有破损管片进行修复和对后续施工加强技术、管理和监督的具体措施,确保地铁隧道的施工质量。
Because the attitude control of shield machine and the construction management were not strict, many adjacent segments in the completed subway tunnel had been damaged. Based on the construction record, the cause had been analyzed from three aspects:the attitude control of shield machine,the segment assembling technology and the project construction management. Then the measures were made to ensure the tunnel quality from two aspects:repairing the damaged segments and strengthening technology,management and supervision in the cause of the following construction.
