摘要
建筑业是我国国民经济的支柱产业和基础性行业之一。我国建筑市场主体存在着诸如拖欠工程款、商业腐败、违规操作等一系列失信问题,严重影响了建筑市场的长远发展。本文从外部环境、建筑市场主体自身及政府监管三方面分析了失信问题产生的原因,并提出了规范建筑市场失信行为的相关建议。
Construction industry is one of the fundamental industries of the national economy. However, the discreditable problems such as the overdue payment,commercial corruption and irregular operation have negatively affected the long-term development of the construction market. This article analyzes the causes of discreditable behaviors from the perspectives of external environment,construction market participants and government regulation and makes suggestions on standardizing credit behaviors in construction market.
