摘要
本文分析了中国建筑行业诚信缺失的原因和提高中国建筑行业诚信水平的必要性和紧迫性,并从建立诚信评价制度、征信系统建设、强化和完善监督惩戒机制和行业自律与行规建设等方面,对如何加强中国建筑行业诚信体系建设进行了研究。
This paper analyses the causes for lack and loss of trust to China construction industry, describes the necessity and urgency of increasing trust level to China construction industry, and makes a research on how to reinforce construction of trust system to China construction industry from the aspects of setting up trust evaluation system, credit system construction, reinforcing and improving supervision punishment system and industry autonomy, and industry regulation construction.
