摘要
为了增大测试传感器输出的信噪比 ,提出硬支承外盘刚性转子新的动平衡测试方法。在精密离心机主轴轴线的某一平面内放置 1个电容测微仪 ,测试主轴某个横截面某个圆周不同位置在轴向上的振动量。准静态时 ,改变轴承气压 ,测得静不平衡矢量 ,移动上下校正面上的平衡块消除静不平衡 ;在此基础上 ,测得偶不平衡矢量 ,移动上下校正面上的平衡块消除偶不平衡。应用计算机 ,从数据采集、处理到控制动平衡执行机构 ,实现了精密离心机现场动平衡。
In order to increase output signal to noise ratio of the measuring sensor, a capacitance displacement measuring instrument was placed on one plane of axis of the spindle in the centrifuge. It can measure the axial vibration vector on different position of a circle in a cross section plane of the spindle. When the centrifuge rotates on the quasi-static state, the static unbalance and couple unbalance are measured, these two unbalance can be eliminated by moving the balance blocks on the lower and the upper correcting planes. From data acquisition,processing and controlling the dynamic balance executing mechanism, the on-the-spot dynamic balance in the centrifuge is realized. This method improves the dynamic balancing accuracy, and it is a new kind of dynamic method for stiff-support, external-disc and rigid rotor.
