摘要
根据精密离心机工作原理,设计了精密离心机测试系统。系统采用主从式体系结构,上位机安装在离心机大臂内,同时测量动态半径、动态失准角和主轴转速等参数,并且通过串口将测得的数据传送给下位机。为了提高测试系统的实时性,测试软件采用了多线程技术。文中给出了各线程之间的相互关系,并讨论了C++Builder 6多线程编程的几个关键问题。
On the basis of the principle of precise centrifuge,the precise centrifuge testing system was designed. The system adopted the master/slave model as communication protocol. The properties, such as the dynamic radius, dynamic misalignment angle and rotate speed of the principal axis, were measured simultaneously by the master computer, which was mounted inside the precise centrifuge. To ~ure those properties simultaneously, the multi-thread technique was adopted by the program. The relationship among the threads created by the program was presented.
