摘要
在弹性需求和不同市场规模条件下,从供应链整体收益角度研究了物联网技术对多产品供应链的优化问题。在两级多产品供应链中建立供应链收益模型,分析物联网技术对供应链整体收益的影响。引入帝国竞争算法(Imperialist Competitive Algorithm,ICA),并对该算法进行改进来求解模型,通过计算机仿真优化的方法求解实例,对比引入物联网技术前后供应链整体收益及其变化。研究表明:物联网技术的应用能有效优化多产品供应链;目前物联网成本较高,不适合小规模企业引入;大规模企业引入物联网时,应该合理使用物联网技术,使其效用最大化。
The multi-product supply chain optimization on the Internet of Things is studied from the point of view of revenue in the elastic demand and different market size.For a two-echelon multi-product supply chain,this paper analyzes and quantifies how the Internet of Things influences the revenue of multi-product supply chain,then sets up a supply chain revenue model.An improved imperialist competitive algorithm is introduced to solve the model by doing computer simulation.The result of a case study shows that:(1)the application of the Internet of Things can optimize the multi-product supply chain efficiently through increasing revenues;(2)it is not suitable for small enterprise to introduce the Internet of Things because of the high cost;and(3)large enterprise should use it reasonably and make the utility maximization in the process of introducing the Internet of Things.
