基于模糊控制的工程机械换档规律研究

摘要 针对工程机械液力传动系统传动效率低的问题,在增加动力换档变速箱的档位以提高液力变速箱效率的基础上,以液力变矩器的传动效率保持在高效区为原则,对效率换档规律进行研究.建立了模糊换档控制系统,并应用Matlab/Simulink软件进行了仿真分析.仿真结果表明:将模糊控制用于工程机械自动换档是可行的,车辆能够根据负载的变化及时、准确地满足工程机械自动换档的要求,保持液力变矩器工作在高效区. Pertaining to the low transmission efficiency of construction machinery transmission system,the hydrodynamic gear-box efficiency is enhanced by increasing the gears of power shift gear-box.By keeping the transmission efficiency of hydrodynamic torque converter within a high-efficiency zone,the efficiency shift patterns are first speculated.Then,a fuzzy shift control system is established and simulated using Matlab/SimulinkTM.Finally,it is found from simulation results that this approach is feasible to apply the fuzzy control for construction machinery automatic shift.In addition,the vehicle can timely and accurately meet the automatic shift requirements for loading variation and keep the hydrodynamic torque converter within the high-efficiency zone.
