摘要
针对工程机械动力换挡变速器换挡过程的冲击和动力中断等问题,分析了工程机械动力换挡变速器换挡过程,提出了动力换挡变速器换挡品质的评价指标以及提升换挡品质的液压缓冲控制方法,并通过对两种变速器的试验对比分析,验证了液压缓冲控制的优点。
The shift process of power shift transmission was analyzed,the evaluation index about shift quality of power shift transmission and the methods for improving the shift quality were proposed,the advantages of the hydraulic buffer control were validated by the experimental test.
