摘要
对双铰接式液压缸驱动双层剪叉机构进行运动学分析和液压缸关键参数确定,推导出剪叉机构平台升降速度与液压缸活塞运动速度的关系式,进而得到剪叉机构平台升降速度与液压缸流量变化关系式.根据实例利用Mathcad软件计算并绘制出整个起升角度范围内的液压缸活塞运行速度变化曲线及液压缸流量和行程曲线,对优化液压缸布置和液压系统设计具有一定的理论借鉴意义.
To determine the key parameters of the hydraulic cylinder and analyze the kinematics of bi-hinge hydraulic cylinder driven bi-layer scissor mechanism,the relational equations among the lifting speed of scissor mechanism platform,moving speed of hydraulic cylinder piston and variation of hydraulic cylinder flowrate are deduced. According to practical examples via M athcadTMsoftware,the curves of hydraulic cylinder piston moving speed against platform lifting angle variation,together with those of flowrate and displacement,are plotted.Therein,this approach sets a reference to the optimization on hydraulic cylinder allocations and design on hydraulic systems.
