摘要
基于雷达天线机动架设中的一种新型电液举升机构的工作原理,建立了液压系统中油缸推力设计计算的数学模型,并对油缸支点在不同位置时对油缸推力的影响进行了分析,得到了油缸支点设计的规律.
This paper elaborates the working principle of a new lift mechanism which uses machine and hydraulic drive in the dynamic erection of radar antenna, builds a mathematical model of the design calculation for the force of hydraulic cylinder in hydraulic system, and analyses the effect of hydraulic cylinder’s fulcrum to it on each position. Finally, the rules of cylinder’s fulcrum design is obtained.
