摘要
目的 通过对放射人员的外周血象分析 ,以了解长期低剂量率职业照射对人体外周血细胞的影响。方法 染色法测定血细胞和分类记数 ,氰化法测定血红蛋白 ,草酸铵法测定血小板。结果 外周血象 4项指标显示 ,放射人员的白细胞、血小板与对照组有显著性差异。随放射工龄、工种的不同 ,接受的剂量大小不同 ,外周血象出现不同差异。结论 长期低量电离辐射照射后存在机体外血细胞效应 。
Objectives To investigate the effect of low dose irradiation on peripheral blood cells of x-ray workers. Methods Peripheral WBC and RBC were determined with Gimsa. PLT was counted with ammonium oxalate. Cyanidemet hemoglobine method was used to determine hemoglobine value.Results There was significant difference in peripheral WBC and PLT between the group of exposure and the group of control. The difference was associated with the dose and the exposed time. Conclusions Changes of quantity and quality in peripheral blood cells was induced by exposed in low dose irradiation for a long time.
