某部医院放射工作人员外周血细胞参数分析 被引量:1

Analysis of peripheral blood cells of radiation workers in a military hospital

摘要 目的分析某部医院职业放射工作人员的外周血象,了解长期低剂量职业照射对人体外周血细胞的影响。方法以从事X光诊断、放射治疗、核医学工作的放射工作人员273名为接触组,215名近期未接触放射线和化学毒物的健康人员为对照组,用BC-3000全自动血细胞分析仪测定血细胞参数,比较两组统计学差异。结果接触组人员的白细胞总数(t=4.52)、淋巴细胞计数(t=5.42)、淋巴细胞百分比(t=3.99)、血小板计数(t=8.70)与对照组相比明显减少,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);女性较男性对辐射耐受性大;放射工龄与辐照损伤无关(r=0.008,P>0.05)。结论长期暴露于低剂量放射线后将引起机体外周血细胞参数发生某些变化,应进一步加强放射防护监督管理。 Objective To understand the influence of occupational exposure to long-term and low dosage radiation on peripheral blood cells through analysis of peripheral blood of radiation workers in a military hospital. Methods There were273 radiation workers engaged in X-ray diagnosis, radiation treatment and nuclear medicine in the case group, and 215 health workers without exposure to radiation and chemical poisons recently in the control group. The peripheral blood cells were measured by automatic blood cell analyzer type BC-3000. The differences between two groups were compared statistically.Results In case group, the white blood cells(t=4.52), lymphocyte count(t=5.42), percentage of lymphocyte(t=3.99) and platelet(t=8.70) were obviously decreased than those in the control group with statistical difference(all P0.05). The female was more tolerant of radiation than the male. There was no statistical difference between working duration engaged in radiation and radiation injury(r=0.008,P0.05). Conclusions There are some changes in peripheral blood cells after long-term and low dosage exposure of radiation. The surveillance and management to radiation protection should be strengthened.
