摘要
对比分析中英文在语篇模式、语篇的衔接与连贯、写作风格方面的差异,并对公外学生的英语作文从上述三方面进行研究分析,结果表明汉语在以上方面对学生的英语作文都产生了负面影响。
This paper makes a contrastive analysis of differences of discourse patterns, cohesion & coherence, and writing styles between English and Chinese. It also studies the characteristics of Chinese college students English expository essays in terms of discourse patterns, cohesion & coherence, and writing styles. The findings show that Chinese rhetoric norms interfere with Chinese students' English writing. Some implications for improving English writing teaching are suggested.
