摘要
素质教育期盼教师人格的素质,本文客观分析应试教育背景下诱发出的应试型教师人格特征。在全面推进素质教育进程中,教师应具备的时代人格特点——素质型教师人格,即:自信,不断构筑精英自我;自强,不断构造全新超我;自尊,不断改造原始本我;自控,懂得大集体而小我;自爱,体验健康之真我。
It is analyzed that Quality education requires high quality of teachers. After comparing the characters of examination - oriented teachers' personalities which are generated by the examination - oriented educational envir-onment , we understand that quality - education - oriented teachers should have the following characteristics. Self -confidence, allowing teachers to bring out continuously their elite selves; self- improvment, allowing teachers to continuously improve themselves; self - respect, allowing teachers to reform their old - selves; self - contrail, allow-ing them to care collectivity first and individuals last; and self - amour propre, allowing them to experience health and real selves.
