摘要
针对怎样保证动力缸缸筒加工精度这一问题的提出,通过珩磨法和滚压法2种工艺及试验加工结果的综合分析,认为滚压法应用金属塑性加工原理。具有优质、高效、省时、省料等特点,是国内生产缸筒的发展方向。
In order to learn how to ensure the precision of tank processing of power cylinder, two kinds of manufacture technics, grinding technic and rolling technic, and the experimental results were comphrehensively anlyzed. The conclusion is that rolling technic is high quality, high efficiency, less time cost and less material cost by applying the principle of metal plasticity processing. Rolling technic should be the developmental direction of tank manufacture technic of power cylinder in domestic industry.
