摘要
南海西部某油田A5井是一口定向生产井,φ215.9 mm井眼完钻后下入φ177.8 mm尾管柱遇卡,就地固井后采用φ114.3 mm尾管完井,造成生产套管内径小、固井水泥环厚度大、钻井液浸泡时间过长等一系列问题。通过优选小井眼深穿透射孔和精密微孔复合滤砂管防砂完井等关键技术,首次成功实现了小井眼井的射孔和防砂完井作业,达到了配产要求,取得了良好效果,开辟了新的完井方式,为小井眼井、复杂井身结构井、老井侧钻井、多底分支井等复杂井的完井提供了借鉴。
Well A5 is a directional well in an oilfield in western South China Sea. The φ178 mm liner could not be set to the expected depth in the φ215.9 mm hole; so φ114.3 mm liner was used, as a compromise, for well completion after cementing the φ177.8 mm into place, which results in some difficulties such as smaller production casing diameter, thicker cement sheath, and longer drilling fluid immersion time etc. By optimizing the key technology for the slim hole completion, such as deep penetration perforation and precise micro-porous composite screen etc. , slim hole perforation and sand control were successfully real- ized for the first time, which not only met the production requirements but also had some guiding signifi- cance. A new well completion mode was created, providing guidance for complex well completion such as slim hole wells, complicated geometry wells, side-tracked holes and multilateral wells etc.
