摘要
食用菌 (edibleFungi)是一种大型真菌 ,营养丰富 ,具有极高的食用价值和药用价值 ,能预防和治疗包括一些肿瘤在内的多种疾病。本文主要就RAPD技术原理、在我国食用菌中的应用、及其研究进展做一综述展望。
Edible fungi is a kind of macrofungus.It has rich nutrition,high edible and medicinal value.It can also prevent and cure some diseases such as tumors.Here,the principle of RAPD technique is introduced.The application and development of RAPD technique in edible fungi in China are reviewed too.
