摘要
双剪联接接头是复合材料结构连接设计的主要环节。针对T300/KH304复合材料层合板的单排多钉双剪联接接头,考虑到孔间距离对接头强度的影响,用三维有限元模型对接头的静强度进行数值分析。以应力分析为基础,采用Yamada-Sun准则预测了该层合板结构双剪联接接头的破坏载荷。试验结果表明,该接头的破坏模式主要呈现为挤压破坏,并伴随有净拉伸和剪切破坏模式;接头的位移——载荷曲线近似为直线;Yamada-Sun准则可以较好地预测该结构的破坏载荷;所预测的接头的破坏载荷及破坏模式,试验结果与数值分析结果比较一致。
Doublelapped bolted joints are the main structure in design of composite laminates.The effect of the distance between holes is taken into consideration,strength of multiple doublelapped joints of T300/KH304 CFRP is analyzed by threedimensional finite element model.Based on the result of stress analysis,YamadaSun criterion is used to predict the ultimate strength of the joints.Experimental results show that bearing failure is the main failure type,together with the nettension and shearout types,the curve of displacementload approximate a straight line,and YamadaSun criterion is suitable for prediction of the ultimate strength.Compared with the predictions,a good agreement between experimental and numerical predictions is obtained.
