摘要
本文利用数学形态学理论与设置重点号技术提出了一种I-R变换方法,由此导出了一种DTM不规则三角形格网(TIN)规则化压缩存贮的数据结构。与现有各种存贮TIN的数据结构相比,新数据结构不仅能减少近一倍的存贮量,且检索效率高,使用方便。此外,新数据结构隐含了各种地貌特征点线信息,并为大规模复杂TIN的分块、分层管理奠定了理论基础。所述实验取得令人满意的结果。

By using mathematical morphology and setting the redundant point numbers, a method for irregular network to regular network(I-R) transformation and a compact data structure for regular storage of Triangulated Irregular Networks (TINs) of DTM is developed. This new data structure can not only reduce about 'a half of storage space, but also be retrieved very fast by compairing with all present storage methods of TIN. Moreover, this data structure can include any kind of geomorphological characteristic information. Finally, the methods for editing and managing large TIN have been briefly discussed in this paper. Experiments for suggested methods give us a good result.
