摘要
目的 分析 38例子宫肉瘤的临床表现及预后因素 ,以期提高治疗效果。方法 对子宫肉瘤的临床表现、病理类型、临床分期及生存率进行对比分析。结果 子宫肉瘤的临床表现多以不规则阴道流血为主 (占 6 8% ) ,其次为下腹包块 (34.2 % )、下腹痛 (2 6 .3% )等。结论 子宫肉瘤的临床表现以不规则阴道流血为主但无特异性。子宫肉瘤的预后与临床分期、病理类型有明显关系。
Objective To evaluate the clinical manifest and prognosis of 38 uterine sarcomas, in order to improve the effection of treatment.Methods To evaluate the uterine sarcoma's clinical behaving,pathological type, clinical stage and survival rate. Results The clinical symptom of uterine sarcoma is manifested with abnormal vaginal bleeding (68%), the second is palpable mass of lower abdomen (34.2%) and discomfort feeding (26.3%). Conclusion The clinical symptom of uterine sarcoma is mostly abnormal vaginal bleeding, but it not particularily. Prognosis is significantly associated with clinical stage ,pathological type.
