摘要
为了评估5种市售的猪支原体肺炎(MPS)灭活疫苗的临床免疫效果,试验将规模猪场300头3日龄体重接近的仔猪随机分为5个免疫接种疫苗组[以猪肺炎支原体(Mhp)J株为疫苗株的猪支原体肺炎灭活苗A组,以P-5722-3株为疫苗株的猪支原体肺炎灭活苗B组,以P-5722-3株为疫苗株的猪支原体肺炎灭活苗C组,以SY株为疫苗株的猪支原体肺炎灭活苗D组,以NJ株为疫苗株的猪支原体肺炎灭活苗E组]和1个对照组,所有猪只于3,30,90,120,150日龄采血,175日龄解剖观察测定肺脏病变情况并进行Mhp抗原检测;测定猪群的体重、平均日增重、Mhp血清抗体水平、肺脏病变评分和肺组织Mhp阳性率,评价5种MPS灭活疫苗的临床免疫效果。结果表明:各疫苗组出栏重和平均日增重均较对照组有提高,其中3~27日龄仔猪阶段,D组平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);疫苗组较对照组肺脏病变程度减轻,降低幅度为8.3%~38.8%,其中D组降低幅度最大。各疫苗组之间Mhp阳性感染率差异不显著(P>0.05),A、C、D组猪只Mhp阳性感染率低于对照组,D组最低(为68.0%);3日龄开始,各组试验猪Mhp抗体水平呈下降趋势,至120日龄时降至最低。150日龄时,除D组Mhp抗体阳性率为0外,其他各组均出现Mhp抗体转阳的情况。说明5种疫苗对防止猪群感染Mhp或减轻症状具有不同程度的效果,其中D组MPS灭活苗(SY株)免疫效果更好,能显著提高仔猪的生长性能,减轻肺脏损伤。
In order to evaluate the clinical immune efficacy of 5 commercially available inactivated vaccines for mycoplasmal pneumonia of swine(MPS),in the experiment,a total of 3003-day-old piglets with similar body weight in large-scale pig farms were randomly divided into 5 immunization test groups(group A of mycoplasmal pneumonia of swine inactivated vaccine with Mhp J strain as the vaccine strain;inactivated vaccine group B of mycoplasmal pneumonia of swine vaccine with P-5722-3 as the vaccine strain;P-5722-3 strain used as the vaccine strain mycoplasmal pneumonia of swine inactivated vaccine group C;the SY strain used as the vaccine strain for mycoplasmal pneumonia of swine inactivated vaccine group D;the NJ strain used as the vaccine strain mycoplasmal pneumonia of swine inactivated vaccine group E)and 1 blank control group.All pigs were collected at 3,30,90,120 and 150 days of age.At 175 days of age,the lung lesions were measured by anatomical observation and the Mhp antigen was detected.The clinical immunization effect of five MPS inactivated vaccines was evaluated by measuring the body weight,average daily gain,Mhp serum antibody level,lung lesion score and positive rate of Mhp in lung tissue.The results showed that the slaughter weight and average daily gain of each vaccine group were higher than those of the control group.In the 3 to 27-dayold piglets,the average daily gain of group D was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the vaccine group had a lower degree of lung lesions,with a decrease of 8.3%-38.8%.The largest reduction was group D.There was no significant difference in the Mhp-positive infection rate among the experimental groups(P>0.05),and the Mhp-positive infection rate of pigs in groups A,C and D was lower than that in the control group,and the lowest was 68.0%in group D.At the age of 3 days,the level of Mhp antibody in each group showed a downward trend,and decreased to the lowest at 120 days of age.At the age of 150 days,except for group D wi
