摘要
我国生猪养殖规模发展迅速,饲料自动输送系统因具有降低劳动强度、提高管理水平、节约养殖成本等优势,在规模猪场得到普遍应用。该文针对猪场干饲料常用的3种输送系统:塞盘送料系统、弹簧螺旋送料系统和气力送料系统,分别介绍其结构原理,分析了送料系统在猪场的应用优势与不足,提出改进措施。为满足未来养猪业发展对送料系统性能和功能的需求,倡导行业多方资源联合攻关,以保障送料系统在养猪场的持续稳定应用。
With the rapid development of pig breeding scale in our country,the feed automatic conveying system has been widely used in large-scale pig farms because of its advantages of reducing labor intensity,improving management level and saving breeding cost.In this paper,the structure and principle of three common conveying systems for dry feed in pig farm,namely plug tray feeding system,spring screw feeding system and pneumatic feeding system,were introduced respectively,the advantages and disadvantages of feeding system in pig farm were analyzed,and the countermeasures were put forward.In order to meet the needs of pig industry for the performance and function of feed system,multi-resource joint research is advocated to ensure the continuous and stable application of feed system in pig farm.
