婴幼儿睡袋热传递的有限元模型构建与分析

Construction and analysis of finite element model for heat transfer in infant sleeping bag

摘要 在不同环境条件下选择合适的婴幼儿睡袋产品对于维持婴幼儿热舒适性有着重要作用。借助COMSOL有限元软件建立“婴幼儿人体-睡袋-环境”的三维几何模型,主要包括婴幼儿人体热源、睡袋、衣下微气候层以及环境空气域4个部分,探究不同环境温度下睡袋保暖性以及婴幼儿局部皮肤温度与睡袋保暖性之间的关系。通过模拟不同环境温度条件下睡袋的温度分布,计算睡袋保暖性和微气候温度,并采用样品测试对该模型进行验证。结果显示:微气候温度和热阻值的模拟值与试验值的相对误差都较小,具有良好的吻合性,所建立的有限元模型具有较好的热传递模拟效果;微气候温度与环境温度呈正相关线性关系,并得到婴幼儿睡袋维持热舒适性的环境温度区间;婴幼儿不同身体部位与睡袋之间的微气候温度有较大差异,在睡袋产品设计上可对躯干部位和腿部部位进行分区域保暖设计。 Choosing suitable infant sleeping bags under different environmental conditions plays an important role in maintaining thermal comfort of infants.A three-dimensional(3D)numerical model of"infant body-sleeping bag-environment"is established by the finite element software COMSOL,including four parts:infant body heat source,sleeping bag,underclothing microclimate layer,and the ambient-air domain,to investigate the warmth of sleeping bags at different ambient temperatures and the relationship between local skin temperature and the warmth of sleeping bags in infants and young children.The temperature distribution of the sleeping bag is simulated in different ambient environment conditions,and thermal insulation and microclimate layer temperature are calculated.Additionally,the model is validated by thermal testing of actual samples.The results show that the relative errors between the simulated and experimental values of the microclimate temperature and thermal insulation are relatively small with good agreement,which indicate that the established finite element model has a good simulation effect of heat transfer;the microclimate temperature is positively correlated with ambient temperature linearly,and the ambient temperature interval for maintaining thermal comfort of infant sleeping bags is obtained;there is a big difference in microclimate temperature between different body parts of infants and young children and sleeping bags,so in the sleeping bag product design,the trunk and leg parts can be adopted with regional thermal insulation design.
