摘要
研究了ICP-OES测定饲料级磷酸氢钙和饲料级磷酸二氢钙中砷含量的分析方法,选择波长为193.696 nm绘制工作曲线,相关系数R^(2)=0.99996,砷的检出限为5.021μg/L,测定下限为15.06μg/L,砷标准溶液的测定结果相对误差均小于5.00%;同一样品重复测定的相对标准偏差均<0.60%,ICP-OES测定饲料级磷酸氢钙和饲料级磷酸二氢钙中砷含量的加标回收率为99.40%~100.60%,与国标仲裁法进行比对,ICP-OES法与仲裁法的砷含量检测结果的绝对误差在0.45~1.08 mg/kg范围内。结果表明,ICP-OES法具有分析耗时短,操作简便快捷,劳动强度低等优点,且方法精密度高,准确可靠,与仲裁法比较均符合检测允差要求,能够满足生产过程控制。
The analysis method of ICP-OES for determining arsenic content in feed grade dicalcium phosphate and feed grade monocalcium phosphate was studied.Select a wavelength of 193.696 nm to draw the working curve,with a correlation coefficient of R^(2)=0.99996.The detection limit for arsenic is 5.021μg/L,lower limit of determination is 15.06μg/L.The relative error of the determination results of arsenic standard solution in g/L is less than 5.00%.The relative standard deviation of repeated measurements on the same sample is less than 0.60%.The recovery rate of arsenic content in feed grade dicalcium phosphate and feed grade monocalcium phosphate determined by ICP-OES is 99.40%~100.60%.Compared with the national standard arbitration method,The absolute error of the arsenic content detection results by ICP-OES method and arbitration method is within the range of 0.45 mg/kg to 1.08 mg/kg.The results show that the ICP-OES method has advantages such as short analysis time,simple and fast operation,low labor intensity,and high precision,accuracy and reliability.Compared with the arbitration method,it meets the detection tolerance requirements and can meet the production process control.
