摘要
目的探究统合性心理护理联合团体社交训练在青少年精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法以2021年1月至2023年1月新乡医学院第二附属医院儿童少年精神科收治的120例青少年精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各60例。对照组患者予以常规康复护理,观察组患者予以统合性心理护理联合团体社交训练,2组均干预12周。对比2组患者干预前后不良情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、社会功能[精神障碍患者社会功能缺损评定量表(SSFD-MD)]、生活质量情况[精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS)]。结果干预后,观察组患者SAS、SDS、SSFD-MD和SQLS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论统合性心理护理联合团体社交训练能够改善青少年精神分裂症患者负性情绪,降低其社会功能缺损程度,提高其生活质量水平。
Objective To explore the application effect of integrated psychological nursing combined with group social skills training in adolescent patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 120 adolescent patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry,The Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group received integrated psychological nursing combined with group social skills training.Both groups were intervened for 12 weeks.Adverse emotions[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)],social function[Social Functioning Deficit Scale for Mental Disorders(SSFD-MD)],and quality of life[Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale(SQLS)]were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the SAS,SDS,SSFD-MD,and SQLS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated psychological nursing combined with group social skills training can improve negative emotions,reduce social functioning deficits,and enhance the quality of life of adolescent patients with schizophrenia.
