摘要
探讨家校社协同育人视域下提升大学生情绪调节自我效能感的路径,通过文献综述、现状分析及策略构建,明确家庭、学校、社会在情绪调节教育中的角色与责任,并提出具体实施策略。研究结果发现,当前大学生情绪调节自我效能感普遍较低,主要源于家庭教育中的情绪教育缺失、学校情感教育片面性及社会竞争加剧导致的情绪压力增大与社会支持系统不足。基于此,家庭应增强情绪支持与正确情绪表达方式,学校应强化情感教育与应对策略指导,社会应完善情绪支持系统并减轻大学生的压力。家校社三方的协同努力能够有效提升大学生情绪调节自我效能感,促进其情绪管理的健康发展,进而对其身心健康、学业成就及未来社会适应产生积极影响。
The study explores ways to improve college students’emotional regulation self-efficacy from the perspective of family-school-community collaboration in educating students;clarifies the roles and responsibilities of family,school and society in emotional regulation education through literature review,current situation analysis and strategy construction;and proposes specific implementation strategies.It is found that at present,college students’emotional self-efficacy is generally low,which is mainly due to the lack of emotional education in family education,the one-sidedness of emotional education in school,the increase of emotional pressure and the lack of social support system caused by intensified social competition.Based on this,families should strengthen emotional support and correct emotional expression;schools should strengthen emotional education and coping strategy guidance;and the society should improve emotional support system,and reduce the pressure of college students.The collaborative efforts of the family,school and community can effectively enhance the self-efficacy of emotional regulation of college students;promote the healthy development of their emotional management;and have positive impact on their physical and mental health,academic achievement and future social adaptation.
