摘要
选择两种尼龙6弹性体J7013 (邵氏硬度为70 D)和6510 (邵氏硬度为65 D)与尼龙12进行熔融共混,制备了尼龙6弹性体改性尼龙12合金材料,研究了这两种尼龙6弹性体添加量对尼龙12力学性能和耐热性能的影响,并通过差示扫描量热法研究了尼龙6弹性体与尼龙12的相容性。结果表明,当尼龙6弹性体质量分数不高于60%时,材料的拉伸断裂强度和断裂伸长率都随着尼龙6弹性体添加量的增加而增大,但当尼龙6弹性体质量分数超出60%时,会趋向于各自尼龙6弹性体的值。合金材料的弯曲强度和弯曲模量随着尼龙6弹性体添加量的增加逐渐降低,当J7013质量分数不高于20%时,弯曲强度和弯曲模量降低不明显。尼龙6弹性体还可以明显提高尼龙12韧性,当尼龙6弹性体质量分数低于40%时,6510的增韧效果更好,当尼龙6弹性体质量分数达到或超过40%时,J7013的增韧效果更好,可使合金材料缺口冲击强度提高至80 kJ/m^(2)以上。尼龙6弹性体还可提高尼龙12的耐热性能,当尼龙6弹性体质量分数超过50%时,J7013提高材料耐热性能的效果好于6510。虽然从性能上看尼龙6弹性体对尼龙12具有较好的填充增韧效果,但两者在分子层面不相容。
Two kinds of nylon 6 elastomer,J7013 with Shore hardness of 70 D and 6510 with Shore hardness of 65 D,were selected for melt blending with nylon 12,then the alloy materials of PA12 modified by PA6 elastomer were prepared,the influences of the contents of these two types of nylon 6 elastomers on the mechanical properties and heat resistance of nylon 12 were studied,and the compatibility between nylon 6 elastomers and nylon 12 was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry.It is found that with the increase of the mass fraction of nylon 6 elastomer from 0%to 60%,the tensile breaking strength and elongation at break of the material increase.While the mass fraction of nylon 6 elastomer exceeds 60%,the tensile breaking strength and elongation at break tend to values of each nylon 6 elastomer.The flexural strength and modulus of the material decrease as the content of nylon 6 elastomer increases,while which remain almost invariable when the mass fraction of J7013 is not higher than 20%.The toughness of nylon 12 is increased by nylon 6 elastomer significantly,6510 has a better toughening effect than J7013 when the mass fraction of nylon 6 elastomer is less than 40%,but when the mass fraction of nylon 6 elastomer reaches or exceeds 40%,the toughening effect of J7013 is better,which can increase the notched impact strength of the material to over 80 kJ/m^(2).Nylon 6 elastomer also improves the heat resistance of nylon 12,when the mass fraction of nylon 6 elastomer exceeds 50%,J7013 has a better effect on improving heat resistance than 6510.Although nylon 6 elastomer has a good filling and toughening effect on nylon 12 in terms of performances,the two are incompatible at the molecular level.
