摘要
从20世纪80年代开始,可持续发展理念与建筑的融合依次经历了建筑节能、绿色建筑和零碳建筑3个阶段。为了探究相关绿色低碳技术的适用性和经济性,对成都市某既有办公建筑绿色改造项目和某近零能耗、零碳办公项目的技术措施、运行效果及增量投资分别进行了分析。研究表明:运行良好的绿色低碳建筑具有显著的经济效益;为推动绿色低碳技术的发展由政策驱动转向由市场驱动,务必加强建筑运行性能调适,实现图纸绿色向运行绿色的转化,确保各方获得应有的收益。
Since the 1980s,the integration of sustainable development concepts and architecture has gone through three stages:Building energy saving,green building,and zero carbon building.In order to explore the applicability and economy of green and low-carbon technologies,this article analyzed the technical measures,operational effects,and incremental costs of a green renovation office building and a near zero energy,zero carbon office building in Chengdu.The research shows that the operating well green and low-carbon buildings have significant economic benefits.To promote the development of green and low-carbon technologies from policy driven to market driven,it is necessary to strengthen the adjustment of building operational performance,achieve the transition from green drawings to green operations,and ensure that all parties receive the expected benefits.
