某近零能耗办公建筑4年运行能耗数据分析 被引量:10

Analysis of Four-year Energy Consumption Data of a Nearly Zero Energy Office Building in Four Years

摘要 超低/近零能耗建筑在中国得到了快速发展,超低/近零能耗建筑实际运行能耗和室内环境数据是业界关注的焦点,也是验证超低/近零能耗建筑性能的关键参数。本文披露了中国建筑科学研究院近零能耗办公建筑连续4 a实际运行数据。文章首先简要介绍了该建筑的技术体系,然后从多个角度分析了4 a的运行数据。该建筑投入使用4 a多,年平均暖通空调和照明能耗总和约为23.8 kW·h/(m^(2)·a),工作时间内夏季室内温度≤26℃,冬季室内温度≥20℃,湿度介于30%~60%之间,满足建筑年供冷供暖和照明能耗≤25 kW·h/(m^(2)·a)的要求。从运行数据上看,该建筑能耗和室内环境目标达到设计要求,与此同时,该建筑的实际运行数据也为超低/近零能耗建筑在中国的发展提供有力支持。 Ultra-low/nearly zero energy buildings have developed rapidly in China.It is highly concerned by the industry’s that how about the actual operating energy consumption and indoor environment of the buildings,which are also the keys to verifying the performance of ultra-low/near-zero energy buildings.In this paper,operating energy consumption data and indoor environments of CABR nearly zero energy building was disclosed.The technical system of the building was introduced firstly,and four years energy consumption data were deeply analyzed from multiple perspectives.It is found that the average yearly energy consumption of lighting and HVAC system was about 23.78 kW·h/(m^(2)·a),indoor air temperature keeps between 20 to 26℃yearly round and relative humidity were varying between 30%~60%,which has met the design targets.It shows great operation performance of the building on one hand,more over it brings great confidence to the industry to develop ultra-low/nearly zero energy buildings in China.
